For manufacturers & their representatives
Bring your authorized collections and existing digital assets. Carolina Makers is developing a shared trade platform that connects product information and 3D models to interactive presentations, room selections and commerce.
Approve the products, assets, representation rights and commercial terms. Start with existing models and imagery where available.
Propose your authorized lines for collection presentations and project sourcing. Define the territory, account responsibilities and inquiry routing before launch.
Contribute approved models or help prepare missing assets through ScanCGI. Production scope, rights and quality requirements are agreed for each collection.
Connect each approved model to its manufacturer, SKU, dimensions, finish and sourcing route. That record is the foundation for a representative’s presentation, a Savvy Staged room and an eligible Carolina Outlet listing.
Existing digital models are the first route in. New scanning is an option when suitable assets are unavailable; compatibility and permissions are reviewed before integration.
Trade-platform development: self-service line management, model uploads and automated inquiry routing are not yet enabled. Start with an introduction and shared asset links.

Another way in · Working examples
Start with an approved manufacturer catalog. Carolina Makers can organize it into a collection page and a full, page-by-page lookbook, with detail enlargement, saved favorites and a sourcing list. Digital twins can follow as the product assets develop.
Share a current PDF and permission to present it, with product references and your sourcing contact.
Give the line a dedicated page with imagery, context and its complete publications.
Visitors browse pages, save ideas and record product references. Mapping those references to WooCommerce products is the next integration step.
Connected commerce · Building the system
Makers supply the collection. Scan2Commerce develops its product assets. WooCommerce holds the commerce record. Savvy Staged presents the room and the selections within it.
Today, explore full publications and a working demonstration cart. Exact-product digital twins and shoppable room integration are the next stage.

A Matterport tour, room photograph or staged vignette can be the starting point. We map identified furnishings to approved product records so the room becomes a route into discovery, saved selections and commerce.
Share an authorized tour or room imagery and the list of products actually shown. A captured room and an individual product twin serve different purposes.
Map room tags and selections to the exact product, finish and WooCommerce record. Clearly identify any proposed alternatives.
Visitors move from the room to product details and eligible purchase or staging options. Savvy Staged supplies the room presentation context.
Proposed integration. Matterport supports product information and shopping links; a live pilot requires an authorized tour, editing access and verified product mapping. Automatic recognition and room restaging are not enabled here.
Bring a room or tourCarolina Makers → Savvy Staged
Carolina Makers develops the manufacturer relationships and product foundation. ScanCGI supports digital-twin production; Savvy Staged brings room assembly, staging and eligible leasing; Miami Circle and Carolina Outlet provide proposed physical presentation and sales channels. The same identifiable product connects each step.
Confirm products, approved content, sourcing access and commercial terms.
Turn catalogs and room images into browsable collection experiences.
Connect product choices across lines into a saved room selection.
Use approved digital assets in the developing room-visualization workflow.
Move into purchase, eligible leasing or a physical staging inquiry.
Make more of the materials you already have
Begin with approved catalogs, product images and room scenes. Build depth into the lookbook before commissioning any capture.
Connect models, dimensions, finishes and availability so saved selections refer to actual goods.
Supply existing 3D files or discuss capture of a pilot collection through ScanCGI. Verify the asset before it represents your product.
The customer experience · Integrated viewer in development
Our planned room viewer combines a staged image, clickable product markers and a thumbnail strip. Customers can inspect a piece, compare an alternative and save choices across collections.
A room photo and project brief become a reviewed furnishing proposal.
Selected products move into an availability-checked quote or supported checkout.
Eligible inventory and independent staging partners support the right projects. Lease eligibility is confirmed per item.
Exact-product digital twins, integrated room rendering and multi-line fulfillment are pilot development work. Participation does not guarantee orders.
Oakwood / Gainesville · Proposed operating base
We’re assessing interest in a shared base where selected collections can be received, documented and prepared for regional placement. Manufacturers can opt into the distribution discussion independently of digital presentation or representation.
Explore distribution with usIdentify each piece, its ownership, condition and availability.
Plan approved photography or digital-twin production alongside collection records.
Coordinate agreed sales, staging or eligible lease placements and delivery responsibilities.
Interest assessment only. Facility, capacity, handling charges and operating agreements remain to be confirmed.
Miami Circle Co. · The Atlanta sourcing connection
Miami Circle Co. brings the local room brief into our sourcing search: the architecture, the intended occupant and the way a property will be shown or lived in. Carolina Makers develops the collection connections; Savvy Staged assembles the furnishing response.

Our next sourcing story · Architectural & Quiet
Tailored upholstery, dark wood, stone and one strong surface. A considered silhouette and a few purposeful objects. We’re seeking collections that translate this direction across traditional homes and contemporary residences.
Build a clear furnishing brief for a public listing or a private presentation, with choices suited to the property.
Explore coordinated rooms for relocation and furnished living, including durability, delivery and replacement needs.
Develop an itemized proposal where inventory and terms support it. Purchase, rental and staging options are confirmed for each project.
Carolina Outlet in Atlanta · Proposed rotating inventory program
Our proposed pilot brings suitable Carolina lines into Miami Circle for presentation and Savvy Staged furnishing opportunities, then rotates available pieces into coordinated Carolina Outlet booths at Atlanta markets. SCOTT is the proposed first market venue, ahead of a dedicated outlet location.
Select complementary pieces from participating lines. Create a coordinated look with an itemized inventory record.
Show available pieces and lookbooks by arrangement, connecting buyers and staging clients to the same collection.
Quote furnishing or staging placements through Savvy Staged where stock, condition and commercial terms allow.
Bring uncommitted inventory into multiple coordinated booths, presenting Carolina Outlet as a series of complete rooms.
Reconcile sales, inspect returned pieces and refresh the next presentation from the available inventory pool.
Each booth can pair its physical vignette with a QR-linked lookbook. Visitors explore the collection, save individual pieces and request the look.
Invite approved samples, selected stock or agreed consignment pieces. Ownership, pricing, lease permission and proceeds are settled with each participant.
Use market presentations to test demand, sell-through and operating costs before committing to a permanent Carolina Outlet space.
Each physical piece needs one availability record across the program. Stock committed to a lease is reserved; only available, inspected pieces move to a market presentation. Transport, storage, insurance and condition responsibility must be agreed for every rotation.
Program in development. SCOTT participation, booth space, dates and inventory are not yet confirmed. No affiliation with a market operator is implied.

We’re seeking complementary furniture, outdoor, lighting, tabletop, art and accessory lines. Start with a focused collection that can help complete a room.
A product list, dimensions, imagery or PDFs, available models, fulfillment information and a contact who can approve the presentation.
A proposed collection presentation, product mapping and a route into the Savvy Staged sourcing pilot.
Content permissions, sourcing terms, lead times, asset ownership and any production costs before work proceeds.
Capture can preserve a useful representation of a sample, but its listing must reflect actual inventory. A discontinued item is not offered as new production unless the manufacturer confirms it can be made.
